Frequently Asked Questions

Lady Mays is a consignment store that consigns Women, Men, and Children's clothing and accessories. 

Please keep in mind that we will not take clothing that is snagged, stained, or 

not freshly laundered.  If you choose to bring kids accessories, we ask that you disinfect all items.

All customers and consignors will have access to an updated Contract and Items List on the website and these will also be printed in the store. You have the option to download and return completed PDF via email or complete these in store. 

Keep in mind that a contract will need to be completed before or at your first appointment.

We ask that all items be brought on hangers with completed Items list attached. 

Spring --   March through May

Summer -- May through July

Fall --  August through November

Winter -- December through February

We will accept purses, bags, wallets, shoes year-round.

We do not accept swimsuits or undergarments. 

We ask that all items brought in are in season for the best price. 

Out of season items will immediately be discounted or not accepted. 

Please understand that Lady Mays has our consignors best interest. We ask that you are aware of what we are looking for in advance before bringing in items you want to consign.
